Celebrate St. Patrick's weekend and treat your family and friends with an ice cream float for grown ups made with your favorite Guinness or Stout beer.
Scoop vanilla ice cream into chilled pint glasses. Pour in enough beer to cover the ice cream.
One pint of ice cream and one 12 ounce bottle of beer will make 2 servings:)
