Baked Chicken Wings. Preheat oven to 375. Line a baking sheet with foil. Place wings on the baking sheet and season with salt and pepper. Bake until browned, about 45 minutes to an hour, turning once. Pour your favorite barbecue sauce over the wings and bake for ten minutes. Turn the wings and bake ten minutes longer. |

Easiest nachos ever! Line a baking sheet with foil. Cover in a single layer with tortilla chips. Place La Preferida Jalapeno Nacho slices (hot or mild) on the tortilla chips. Top with sliced pepper jack cheese. Bake in 350 oven a few minutes until the cheese is beginning to melt. Serve immediately topped with sour cream. |

Baked Potato Skins. (A helpful tip for the skins. I keep bacon I have precooked and frozen in zip lock bags for recipes like my skins. Saves a ton of time). I cook my potatoes in the microwave for this because they cook in minutes. Pierce the potato, and cook on high for 5 minutes per potato. When done, cut the potatoes in half and scoop out the insides leaving a thin layer of potato on the bottom of the skin. Save the reserve in a bowl for next step. Brush the skins with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Place on a baking sheet and place in a 400 oven for 10 minutes, flip them for another 10 minutes until crispy. Take out of the oven. Combine the reserved potato you scooped with shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon. Fill the skins with this mixture and place back in the oven until the cheese is melted. Top with sour cream and serve.
Are you ready for some football??🏈
