Easy to Make Grilled Asian Salmon Pouches

Grilled Asian Salmon in Foil Pouch

My family loves to order salmon as an entree when we are dining out, but rarely do I attempt making it as home.  It doesn't seem to ever come out as well as restaurant cooking....Until Now!  This easy grilling recipe for Grilled Asian Salmon looks foolproof and delicious. The great part is that it can be baked in the oven if you encounter a rainy day and aren't able to grill.  Healthy, Easy and Delicious.  Can you ask for more?  This recipe serves 4.
Prep Time - 5 minutes, Cook Time - 12 minutes

Ingredients:

4 -Salmon fillets
1/4 cup Wish - Bone Italian Dressing (I used reduced fat)
1 Tablespoon reduced sodium soy sauce
1 Teaspoon finely grated fresh ginger

Directions:

While preheating your grill, arrange salmon in center of 4 12 x 18 inch pieces heavy duty aluminum foil.
Combine Wish - Bone Italian Dressing , soy and ginger.  Evenly drizzle salmon with the mixture.  Wrap foil loosely around the salmon, sealing the edges airtight with double foil.
Grill 10 - 12 minutes or until the salmon flakes with a fork.

If you can't grill, prepare as above and bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes or until the fish flakes with a fork.  I am serving tonight with grilled asparagus and garlic sauteed fresh spinach.

                                     Enjoy and Happy Grilling!
