Get Outdoors and Play


 

Cold weather is good for you. Did you know cold temperatures can lead to a longer life?

Grab your sled and act like a kid again....sled, laugh and take a deep breath. 

We are all spending so much time indoors these past few months.  Just one hour outdoors can boost your Vitamin D to 1,000 IU.  Vitamin D is one of the most important things you can do to boost your immune system.  

Last weekend I laid in the snow and made snow angels with my granddaughter. I highly recommend it.

When was the last time you had a snowball fight?  

The next time the snow falls, hurry outside and make a snowman in front of your house.

One of the best things about coming in from the cold, is the hot chocolate. Topped with whipped cream swirled high and don't forget the splash of Bailey's Irish Cream.
