Leprechaun Brownie Bites
Here's a SUPER easy brownie dessert for your "wee ones". Simply bake a pan of your favorite brownies, let cool, take a round glass or shamrock cookie cutter and cut out. Gently lift out of pan and place onto either a platter or St. Patrick's cupcake holders. Decorate with green decorating sugar, icing or confectioner's sugar. Have the kids decorate for a fun activity.
