Blessings


Are you a worrier? I am..... plain and simple. I work effortlessly to find a way to relax my brain. Yoga is helpful when I find the time to attend a class.  Meditation seems impossible for me.  I wake a couple of hours before I need to get started with my day to enjoy the newspaper and a cup or two of coffee.  Perhaps in my mind, I'm thinking if I worry about it, I am preventing it from happening.  Make any sense?  My new process is to write down my blessings in a notebook each day whenever a worry thought crosses my mind in hopes of retraining my brain.  

Guess what! It's really making a difference.  Treat yourself to a new journal today.
