Simple Signature Holiday Cocktail

~ The Poinsettia Mimosa ~

I love mimosas on special occasions. There are so many ways to make this champagne cocktail. The only ingredients you need are champagne, juice and liqueur. I love the festive look and delicious taste of this holiday drink and it will be on my holiday menu this year.  

For a single serving,

pour 4 ounces of your favorite chilled champagne, 2 ounces cranberry juice and 1 ounce Grand Marnier  into a champagne glass.

Pomegranate Cocktails to Ring in the New Year

POMEGRANATE CHAMPAGNE COCKTAIL

Happy Tuesday and the Holiday season is in full swing.  If you are entertaining for New Year's, I have a great cocktail that looks festive and guaranteed to be a big hit with your family and friends. If you are not entertaining, make it for yourself and enjoy the bubbly!  You deserve it!  Count your blessings and have a Happy New Year.

For each cocktail, pour 1 fl. ounce Pomegranate Juice and 1/2 fl. ounce Grand Marnier into a Champagne glass.  Top with your favorite Sparkling Wine and garnish with Pomegranate Seeds.
