Rock Your Rib Eye

Nothing fancy here today, just great grilling deliciousness.  First, a couple of good grilling tips:

1. Before cooking, coat the grates on the grill with vegetable oil to prevent food from sticking.
2. After grilling, scrub the grates with a wire brush or a ball of heavy duty foil to clean off the residue.

Now let's get grilling! This recipe makes 4 servings.
You will need: 4 Rib eye steaks, garlic cloves, salted butter, salt and pepper

Preheat your grill. Peel your garlic cloves.  Rub the rib eye steaks with the garlic to release garlic oil into the steaks for flavor.  Generously sprinkle with salt and pepper.  Grill 5-6 minutes per side for medium rare.  Before removing from the grill, place a pat of salted butter on top of each steak and let it melt.  You have AWESOME! Let steaks sit for 5 minutes before serving to let juices distribute.  Serve and enjoy!
