Autumn Martinis for Weekend Entertaining

Here are a couple of "Autumn Signature" cocktails that are sure to please your weekend guests.  We had snow fall this week in the Midwest (a shoveling...yet!)  Make an October-tini, turn on the heat or fireplace and warm your spirits.  Pumpkin carving this weekend?  Sprinkle pumpkin pie spice inside your carved pumpkin and when lit, it smells wonderful!

1 serving - 7 ounces pumpkin liqueur and 1 ounce black vodka
Pour pumpkin liqueur into 8 ounce martini glass.  Pour the black vodka on top.  It will appear to float over the orange liqueur

Pumpkin Pie Ice Cream Martini

3 scoops vanilla ice cream, 2 ounces pumpkin liqueur, whipped cream, freshly grated nutmeg
Blend ice cream and pumpkin liqueur in a blender until smooth.  Pour into a 10 ounce martini glass and top with whipped cream and nutmeg.

Enjoy and Happy Weekend Everyone!! And Very Happy Anniversary to my loving husband!
